Where do you ship to?

We ship to the entire E.U. and to:

Monaco, Switzerland, UK, Norway, Singapore, USA, Canada, China, Japan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, U.A.E., South Africa, South Korea, Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Jersey, Kuwait, Mexico and New Zealand.

On request we can ship to another country if your country is not on the list, but then we need to have the work printed elsewhere as our photolab does not ship to other countries than the ones listed.

Why are shipping costs so high outside of Europe?

At STUDIO VAN DE VEN & CO we want to offer you the highest possible quality and material. For that reason, we chose the number one photo lab in the world to do all our printing. This lab is situated in Germany and therefore shipping to countries outside the EU is more costly. We also want your artwork to be handled with great care.

When will my artwork arrive?

Each work is printed to order so takes up to 1 week to be printed. Then, you need to allow time for shipping. As soon as your artwork is shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can see when it arrives.

Material & Size

How do I choose the right material?

We have done the pre-work for you and have selected 4 materials that we think give you stunning quality but also enough variation. At our materials page you will find a good description of each material. You decide whether you want a print (which you can frame yourself) or a firm wall art with frame, ready to be mounted on your wall.
Ask yourself the question whether you want a glossy or a matte surface, since we offer 2 glossy and 2 matte options.

How do I choose the right size?

The best way to estimate what size suits your wall best, is the take some tape and stick it to your wall in the size you think is best. This way, you can immediately see if it’s too large, too small or just right. At STUDIO VAN DE VEN & CO we think that size matters! And we think bigger is absolutely better. But try it out for yourself this way or become a member so you can send us a photo of your wall. 

Can I choose a different material or size?

Of course you can! There are so many more possibilities than the ones we offer online and we want the artwork to suit your space and taste. So please send us an email at shop@studiovandeven.com and share your wishes. We can discuss and advise you about the options and prices. 

Only with the Limited Editions this is not an option, as they come in a fixed size and material.

Artworks

What is the difference between a Limited Edition and other artworks?

Limited Editions are collector’s items. These come in a set number of prints and will not be printed beyond that number. This makes them more exclusive and therefore a true collector’s item. The other works are not bound to this and can be printed in any size and material you’d like.

How do I know what the artwork looks like on my wall?

Become a member of STUDIO VAN DE VEN & CO and then you will be able to send us some photos of your wall (as straight from the front as possible) and we can visualize the desired work and size for you.

Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?

We are accepting payment with Visa, Mastercard & American Express. Of course we accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. Belgian customers can use Bancontact and Dutch customers can use iDeal. And you can make a direct bank transfer.

Are my payments secure?

All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.

For your own safety we do not save any payment information. Payments are made directly through Stripe—certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification, so we can guarantee that important information stays confidential and private.

How do I check the status of an order?

In “My orders” you can see the progress of all of them. Once shipped, you will receive more information on how to track the package and when it will arrive.

To check the status of your sale, hover over your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. Click it and choose ‘Orders’ in your dashboard, which is a page of all your active and previous orders.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the tracking number has been put into the system and your order receipt with your dashboard will provide the info for you to track the shipment.
